The ERS next term (January-April 2012) UPDATED

29 November 2011 Comments Off on The ERS next term (January-April 2012) UPDATED

Our main event next term will be the 40th Annual UBC Medieval Studies Workshop (16-17 March 2012): the provisional programme and some other updated information will be appearing on the Medieval Workshop site over the next few days.

The Cluster will also continue to meet as usual through the term, starting in early January. Please let me know (email) if you would be interested in presenting a paper next term, and/or if you would be interested in coming to a short planning/organizational meeting at some point in the next two weeks (that is: 5 – 18 December).

UPDATE:

The ERS cluster will be having a meeting to discuss next term’s activities this Thursday–8 December–at 1.30 p.m., in Buchanan Tower 799. There will also be another meeting, the first of the new year, in the second week of January. All are welcome to both meetings.

Please do also let O’Brien know, be that at one of the aforementioned meetings or by email, if you would be interested in presenting a paper at the Cluster next term, and when it would suit you and your schedule best to do so. It is likely that meetings will be on Thursdays in the early evening as previously, but there may be some room for flexibility.

Best wishes and happy holidays
